ok when i started i felt really silly doing it, but as it continued my whole upper body started to relax and i actually felt better. i actually wanted to contiue to do the tapping when it was over. so thank you tony for the relax goofy feeling the tapping brought. looking forward to the next time.
Excellent… now do it again as many times this week as possible. This style of tapping is what we call “tapping the story” it’s a freestyle form of tapping on overall issues or problems and can be done over and over again, you can even change the words to make it your own version, just say whatever comes to your mind.

I felt silly doing this at first, but after a while it did start relaxing me!
I enjoyed this. At first, I was in doubt like Tony was saying, then I convinced myself that I CAN do this and I DO believe. I’m looking forward to the coming weeks of Tapping.
Yes, I felt silly too…..and about midway through the video my 5 and 7 yr old boys got into a screaming match and I was somehow able to continue tapping, ignore them, and still feel relaxed when all was done! I’m sold!!
Yeah, at first I was like Tony you are silly, but then I felt a bit relaxed, my husband was looking at me weird, but thats ok Where do you guys come up with these things? This is why I try to get all my friends and family to go to boot camp, you guys work and think outside the box. Love it
Thank you Tony for a great beginning tapping lesson! To tap on self doubt and the inevitability of change are BIG issues (for me) that no doubt tapping will unlock in the coming days and weeks. I am grateful to be using this technique.

I feel totally comfortable and relaxed doing the tapping. The information and direction that Molli and Tony have given me over the years has always inspired me to change and have a heathier more fulfilling life.I trust in them and if I need to Tap to change my old way of thinking of myself…Im doing it!!
I definitely felt a little silly following along to the video! Once I got over that feeling, I noticed that tension in my upper body began to release. So where are the articles on ‘tapping’? What should I expect to get out of doing it daily?

So,
I did the tapping exercise, like everyone else it does feel a little odd at first. I didn’t think I could make it through the entire video but I did!! yea! Now I am relaxed and what to take a nap!!
I must say, I did feel silly as I was doing the tapping. Eventually towards the end I relaxed. Im at a point in my life where I need/want change, so I am willing to try anything!!
