Hello,
Tapping worked for me beautifully! I worked with a therapist but he never explained it to me HOW it works. You did it nicely! Thank you so much!

Your whole site is absolutely great! Pity I don't live in USA and I am unable to attend any meetings...

Greetings!
Marta

Will do. One other thing that I forgot to mention is that I have an INSATIABLE craving for GREASE. That was one of the amazing benefits of going raw - my cravings were eliminated. My mouth actually started to water as I watched my son eat a burrito. YIKES!

I have been researching B12 and D3 as, B12 in particular, appears to be what is depleted the most and has a great impact on well-being.

Regarding the craving for grease, maybe if I wash my food ... :)

Unfortunately you are entering into unknown territory for me, being that I don't eat 100% raw. Keep doing what i know you have been and read up on the subject. Read the Sunfood diet by David Wolfe ( I know he's a little over the deep end but for every 10 crazy things he says he makes at least one invaluable point!) I also really like Dr. Douglas Graham there are some youtube videos of him. Also Victoria Boutenko and her site greensmoothiesblog.com Use the information of those that have been doing it successfully for many years. I know B12 becomes a bit of an issue, as does low salt intake, and the list goes on. I know it's a pain but I would log on to nutrition data.com and really get an idea of what ratio gives you the most energy. In other words what percentage of fat do you need to feel good and not gain weight, etc.
As far as Raw all the time.. I personally feel fantastic on a 51% raw diet but journal what you're doing and use nutritiondata.com to see where you are lacking! I'm proud of you for sticking with it as long as you have, it is normal to need to dial it in now.

Ok, I have been 90% raw for about 2 1/2 months. I am just now experiencing detox symptoms - headache, lethargy, light headedness. What gives????

I must say, I did feel silly as I was doing the tapping. Eventually towards the end I relaxed. Im at a point in my life where I need/want change, so I am willing to try anything!!

Well if you don't want to just make it a "cheat meal" here are a couple "out of the box" options. You can pretend for the night that you have taken up a new career and you are now a Nutritionist. You don't have to tell anyone just look at the meal from a new angle. Teach what you most want to learn is a very usefull tool and you'd be surprised at how different you look at everything if you pretend just for the night that you are a Nutritionist. Or pretend you are on a reality tv show and a secret camera is following you around all night. You'll act and eat much differently. Just silly games, but it works!

Molli,

I have 2 big events this weekend. A 40th birthday party Friday night at a Piano Bar and then my daughter's 17th birthday party at Buca di Beppo.

I'm finally noticing changes in my body and my eating, and am afraid of slipping up. Can you give me some strategies to help me stay on track?
