Below are 2 exercises we will be doing tomorrow either you or
I will teach them, if you feel up to it they are all yours ;-)

We will be doing the basic version of each exercise, and you
can show them to Molli tonight, remember I can teach no problem but you will
totally get it just like you did with the body break down
